By Wishtrend’s Propolis Line has been changed in name, packaging, and design. 2023’s latest version of the former „Pro-Biome Balance Cream“, now „Propolis Energy Balancing Cream“, remains the same in terms of formulation.This day and night moisturizing cream is formulated with fermented ingredients which work in conjunction to hydrate, soothe and nourish the skin. This lightweight, cruelty-free moisturizer has been formulated to be kind enough for sensitive, oily and combination skin. The formula is delicate and free from essential oils, artificial colorants and fragrances. The gel-like cream absorbs quickly into the skin, without leaving it sticky or greasy. Please note, that the subtle floral, honey-like scent is 100% of natural origin - no artificial fragrances are added to this formula. Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate (70%) accelerates skin repair by promoting cell renewal and increasing collagen production. Propolis Extract (10%) is an anti-inflammatory ingredient which deeply soothes and smoothes damaged skin. Pro-Biome Complex enhances skin immunity, reduces skin dryness and strengthens the skin barrier.

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days. Once your order is shipped, it is delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note that the processing delays may take slightly longer during busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday.

Returns

Customers can return products within 14 days after delivery of the goods. Returned products and packages respectively will only be accepted in a suitable condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
